bad week
Last week left plenty of room for improvement. First, I was in meetings 3 of the 5 days...which prevented me from completing my Board report and other must dos. (making me feel behind this week). There was a time when I could take home work with me and get it done, however right now that is not possible as I am busting my butt from the time I get up (about 5:30 am) until I go to bed (about 10:30 pm) trying to stay on top of household and mom/wife tasks. Then, gas hit $4 which is upsetting. There were a few other inconveniences (related to car repairs and child care arrangements). Diane resigned to take a full time position on campus. I'm happy for her, but sad for me.... This week is full steam ahead to the BOD meeting. Hopefully a better week.

Wow, Julie! And that was a week ago already. I hope things are looking up. BAD news for us about Diane leaving the Guild. Poop. Guess we can't hang onto the good ones forever. And, yes, that applies to everyone. Our gas here is going up in .20 increments every few days. We are at 4.39 for regular. Dan will soon be paying $5/gallon for premium for his car. We'll all be staying home very soon.
