Flat Tire
After nearly 20 years of driving it is bound to happen...especially with the miles I put on my car! I had a flat tire. It all worked out. Seeing the glass half full, I'm thankful that I was in a safe location (on 49), had my cell phone (charged), it was sunny, I had gone to the bathroom on a whim before driving home, and I had snacks. It was also a relief to have two Good Samaritans stop to see if I needed help as well as a state trooper. When I assured these kind folks that help was on the way (I have road side assistance), they would drive off. Robby asked, "Why didn't they help us?" That was one of about 10,000 questions he asked during the experience. We got home about 90 minutes late - which was the most frustrating.
